La Cucina Paisanos Pizzeria & Catering
About us
What started as a shared passion for hospitality grew into a welcoming full-service restaurant built around community, comfort, and genuine connection. Known as a local Italian restaurant in Farmingville, La Cucina Paisanos combines casual dining with attentive service and a lively yet cozy setting. Created by siblings Nick Mirabile and Lindsay Madrigal alongside longtime family friend Juan Guerrero, the restaurant reflects decades of friendship, hard work, and a deep connection to the neighborhood they proudly serve. Beyond the everyday dining experience, guests can explore rotating specials, Pasta Night, Date Night, bar favorites, handcrafted martinis, and seasonal featured menus that bring new energy and excitement to the table throughout the week.
La Cucina Paisanos is a family-owned Italian Restaurant in Farmingville, located in Tiffany Plaza across from the fire department. It is the expansion of Paisanos Pizzeria & Catering of Ronkonkoma, established over 9 years ago.
It is owned and operated by brother and sister Nick Mirabile and Lindsay Madrigal, and their long-time family friend, Juan Guerrero who they have worked with in the industry for over two decades. Nick and Lindsay started at the same neighborhood pizzeria, both at age 13, just three years apart, and Juan joined them in the early 2000s, also as a young teen. The rest is history. Together, they always shared the dream of bringing a full-service restaurant to the community close to their hometown of Centereach, and so La Cucina Paisanos was born.
They all bring decades of experience in food, service, restaurant management, and business, paired with a genuine passion for the industry, to their restaurant. The vision for La Cucina Paisanos was to create a cozy and welcoming place that feels like home and has everyone leaving feeling like part of the family. Our goal is to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience rather than just delicious Italian food and great service.
We look forward to serving the community for many years to come and are extremely grateful for all the support.
